Josh has served as supervisor on OmniSOC's Service Desk Operations team since 2017. Prior to his role with the OmniSOC, he worked as a lead network technician for the GlobalNOC. There, he was a part of the Internet2 and research focus teams where he supported wide-area optical networks for research and education entities—as well as federal, international, and transoceanic networks. His experience in the information communication technology industry includes optical network monitoring, critical systems infrastructure monitoring, endpoint management, security analysis, and incident response.
